Terms of Service
Last updated: October 15, 2026. Each clause below starts with a one-sentence plain-English summary in bold, followed by the full legal language. We wrote it this way because legal documents shouldn't require a law degree to understand.

Nothing on this website constitutes investment advice directed at you personally.
The content provided on burnabillyinvestments.com — including market commentary, research articles, performance data, fee schedules, strategy descriptions, case studies, and all other informational materials — is published for general informational and educational purposes only. This content does not constitute a solicitation to buy or sell securities, an offer to provide investment advisory services, or personalized investment advice of any kind.
Formal investment advice from Burnabilly Investments Inc. requires the execution of a Portfolio Management Agreement and the development of a written Investment Policy Statement (IPS) tailored to your specific financial circumstances, objectives, risk tolerance, time horizon, and constraints. No content on this website, regardless of specificity, creates an advisory relationship between you and Burnabilly.
Any references to specific securities, portfolio strategies, performance outcomes, or fee structures are illustrative. They reflect historical data or representative examples and should not be interpreted as recommendations applicable to your situation.

If you wish to reference or republish any of our research content, contact us at contact@burnabillyinvestments.com. We're generally happy to grant permission — we just want to know where it's going.
5. Accuracy of Information
We try to be accurate, but markets move and information changes.
Burnabilly makes reasonable efforts to ensure that information on this website is accurate, current, and complete at the time of publication. However, we do not warrant or guarantee that:
- All information is free from errors, omissions, or inaccuracies.
- Content will be updated in real time to reflect market movements, regulatory changes, or other developments.
